Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they set out all parties' respective rights and obligations. Once you begin your tour with Precious Time Tour Designers, by default, you accept these terms and conditions.

Once Precious Time confirms your booking, a contract is made between Precious Time and you upon the terms and conditions set out below. Precious Time, hereinafter referred to as 'we', will only confirm your booking once we have received full payment for your tour.

1. Booking

• 1.1 Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on the particular tour and a confirmation emailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for your own reference.
• 1.2 Once you begin your tour, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
• 1.3 We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.
• 1.4 All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.
• 1.5 We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment or a deposit.
• 1.6 It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.
• 1.7 A minimum of 2 passengers are required for the tours to be able to proceed.
• 1.8 Bookings can be made by phone (00351 917 217 778) or email (precioustimetours@gmail.com) up until 48h before the activity. The booking is subject to availability and weather conditions.
• 1.9 To make a reservation you must be at least 18 years old.
• 1.10 Precious Time reserves the right to request a booking fee of 25% of the price, per person, payable at time of booking.

2. Health and Safety

• 2.1 Participants are accepted on condition that they are physically and mentally fit, and able to cope with the demands of the tour without assistance.
• 2.2 You must comply with a non-smoking policy whilst travelling on our vehicles.
• 2.3 Precious Time has every passenger covered on personal insurance as predicted by Portuguese law.
• 2.4 We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss incurred during optional activities outside our offer.
• 2.5 We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any time.

3. Cancellation and No Show

• 3.1 Cancellations must be in writing or by email. We reserve the right to apply a €25 administration fee. You are entitled to a full refund only if you give 4 days notice.
• 3.2 Cancellation 3 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• 3.3 Cancellation 48 hours or less: No refund. You may choose to change your tour date (subject to availability).
• 3.4 If you are late for transport or are a no show, you will be fully charged.

4. Changes by Us

• 4.1 We reserve the right to cancel due to reasons outside our control (natural disasters, weather, safety risks). In these cases, the client will be fully refunded or rescheduled.
• 4.2 We reserve the right to include new attractions if we feel they enhance your experience.
• 4.3 We reserve the right to decrease prices at any time; discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

5. Travelling

• 5.1 You must obey the laws of Portugal and the EU. We expect the utmost respect for natural areas and local lifestyles. We reserve the right to cancel your activity if your behavior is in conflict with this philosophy.
• 5.2 Routes and times are indicative and subject to change based on external factors.
• 5.3 It is your responsibility to meet the tour at arranged points. We are not liable if you miss a connecting service due to arrival/departure times.

6. What's Included in the Tour Price

• 6.1 Included: Private tour guide, collection/return to your hotel, and taxes.
• 6.2 Not Included: Entrance fees to castles/attractions, tips, personal insurance, beverages, or meals (unless stated).

7. Omissions and Other Questions

• 7.1 Any other questions should be discussed with Precious Time Tour Designers and are subject to Portuguese law.

8. Photography

• 8.1 We may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.
